PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Prepare phase A and phase B separately and warm them up to 75-80°C; |
| 2 | Add phase B to phase A under agitation, homogenize for 3 minutes using a suitable dispersing unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax); |
| 3 | Cool down under very gentle stirring to room temprature; |
| 4 | Prepare phase C let Sodium Hyaluronate swelling under gentle stirring; |
| 5 | Add phase C and homogenize for 1 minute; |
| 6 | Add phase D and homogenize for 1 minute. |
