Be Gone Blues BB Cream SPF 50

This BB cream provides broad spectrum sun protection without using organic UV filters. By including highly stable, easily pourable HallBrite® EZ-FLO TDX, a dispersion of nanosized titanium dioxide with tight particle size distribution, in its formulation, Be Gone Blues BB Cream provides a fluid, smooth finished product consistency, with no particle perception and very low whitening effect on the skin. The oil-based active BLUE Oléactif® is added to incorporate an anti-blue light, anti-pollution, protective and curative effect.
This formulation was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~55, PFA (PPD) ~17 performance with critical wavelength 379 nm.

1To the main vessel add phase A and start mixing. Combine phase B, disperse into phase A and heat phase AB to 75°C.
2Add phase C into AB, and mix well until uniform.
3In a secondary vessel combine liquids of phase D, start mixing, add solids and heat up to 75°C with mixing.
4When both phases are homogeneous, start homogenizing phase ABC and very slowly add phase D to it.
5Add phase E and premixed phase F
6Cool batch to room temperature.
