PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| To a secondary vessel add phase A, start mixing, add phase B, heat phase AB to 85°C and then add phase C ingredients in order. |
| After phase ABC is homogeneous, add phase D to it and mix until phase D has fully dissolved. |
| To the main vessel, add the water from phase E, dissolve the Disodium EDTA and with continued mixing add the Xanthan Gum. |
| When the Xanthan Gum is fully incorporated, start heating phase E to 80°C and add premix of phase F to it. |
| When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add the oil phase ABCD to the water phase EF with prop mixing. |
| After 2 minutes of prop mixing, homogenize the combined phases for 3 minutes and then return to prop mixing and begin cooling batch. |
| When batch is at room temperature, replace any water lost to evaporation, mix until smooth and perform quality performance checks. |
