Broad Spectrum SPF ~ 45, PFA (PPD) ~15 Sunscreen Spray

This sunscreen spray makes use of the esthetics-enhancing and triplet state-quenching silicone-based polymeric photostabilizer HallBrite® PSF and elegant sunscreen solvent and emollient HallBrite® BHB to deliver high performance, broad spectrum sun protection. SPF and PFA are in vitro estimations. Critical wavelength = 376 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

1An explosion-proof environment is required throughout preparation and packaging.
2Add Phase A ingredients to a secondary vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing and heat to 50°C.
3Add Phase B ingredients to Phase A and when homogeneous and clear, start cooling.
4To the main vessel add alcohol of Phase C and with mixing add the other ingredient and continue mixing.
5When Phase C is clear and homogeneous, slowly add Phase AB to it.
6When batch is uniform and clear, perform final quality assurance checks and package product in pump spray bottle.
7For external use only. Flammable: Do not use near heat, flame or while smoking.
