Non-nano Crystal ZnO BB Cream SPF 30 uses only HallBrite® EZ-FLO ZDX to provide excellent UV protection without any whitening effect. Three person in vivo testing yielded static SPF 38 in an US lab. In vitro analysis delivered SPF ~35, PFA (PPD) ~13, UVA1/UV = 0.83, and critical wavelength 379nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing, heat to 80°C, and then add phase B. Add phase C before combining with water phase. |
2 | To the main vessel add premixture of phase D, start mixing and add phase E. Heat phase DE to 75 - 80°C and then add phase F. |
3 | When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add phase ABC to phase DEF with prop mixing. |
4 | After 5 minutes start cooling batch and when batch is < 50°C add phase G items one by one with mixing |
5 | Continue mixing until batch is at room temperature, replacing any water lost to evaporation and mixing until smooth. |
