A broad spectrum natural (mineral UV filters only) SPF 30 sunscreen cream. HallBrite® ISO is incorporated to mitigate the photocatalytic and reactive oxygen species generating activities of the oxides. This composition was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~33, PFA (PPD) ~12 performance with critical wavelength 376 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing, add phase B and heat to 80°C. |
2 | Add phase C into phase AB, mixing well until all are dissolved, and then homogenize for 3 minutes. |
3 | To the main vessel add the Water of phase D, start mixing and add remaining phase items in order. |
4 | When solids of phase D are fully incorporated, heat phase to 75°C. |
5 | When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add phase ABC to phase D with prop mixing. |
6 | After 5 minutes start cooling batch and when batch is below 50°C add premixed phase E and then phase F. |
7 | Continue mixing until batch is at room temperature, replacing any water lost to evaporation and mixing until smooth. |
