Oil-in-Water Sunscreen Cream SPF 50, PA +++

This mineral UV filters-only oil-in-water SPF 50 sunscreen cream uses a combination of HallBrite® EZ-FLO ZDX and HallBrite® EZ-FLO TDX to provide high UV protection. Olivem® LV Flex provides a light sensorial impact to the formula. It was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~52, PFA (PPD) ~14 performance with critical wavelength 376 nm.

1To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing, add phase B and heat to 80°C.
2To the main vessel add the Water of phase C, start mixing and add remaining phase items in order.
3When solids of phase C are fully incorporated, heat phase to 75°C.
4When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add phase AB to phase C with prop mixing.
5After 5 minutes start cooling batch and when batch is below 50°C add phase D items one by one with mixing.
6Continue mixing until batch is at room temperature, replacing any water lost to evaporation and mixing until smooth.
