This mineral UV filters only oil-in-water SPF 50 sunscreen cream uses a combination of HallBrite® EZ-FLO ZDX and HallBrite® EZ-FLO TDX to provide high UV protection. It was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF~54, PFA (PPD) ~19 performance with critical wavelength 379 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | To a secondary vessel add phase A, start mixing, heat to 80°C and then add phase B. When phase AB is uniform add phase C. |
2 | To the main vessel add phase D, start mixing and add phase E items in order. |
3 | When phase D has been fully incorporated, heat phase DE to 75°C. |
4 | When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add phase ABC to phase DE with prop mixing. |
5 | After 5 minutes start cooling batch and when batch is below 50°C add phase F items one by one with mixing. |
6 | Continue mixing until batch is at room temperature, replacing any water lost to evaporation and mixing until smooth. |
