HallStar® PEG 400 DL is an ester made from the reaction of coco-derived fatty acid and polyethylene glycol. It is an oil-soluble liquid emulsifier (HLB 9.7), lubricant, emollient and spreading agent for personal care products. Typical use levels depend upon application and range between 2 and 15%.
