HallStar® PEG 400 ML is the esterification product from the reaction of coco-derived fatty acid and polyethylene glycol. It is useful as an emulsifier (HLB 13), emollient and lubricant, and is approved for use under FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.210 and 178.3910.
