This daily wear o/w sunscreen lotion uses the HallSens™ OI emollient to both aid in dispersing the mineral UV filter and provide a light, lubricious feel you will want to use every day! The HallSens™ OI is the only carrier fluid for the ZnO powder (1:1 ratio). The combination of multi-functional cold-process Olivem® 2020 and Olivem® 2090 emulsifiers create a stable emulsion without co-emulsifiers or added thickeners. The all-natural SolaPure™ Glo sunscreen emollient enhances performance in zinc oxide systems with synergistic behavior to reach SPF 30, while also contributing anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and ROS protection. In vitro analysis suggests SPF ~32 (Colipa Guideline (2011)), PFA (PPD) ~12, UVA1/UV = 0.82and a critical wavelength = 371 nm

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing. Heat up to to let SolaPure™ Glo melted, and then add phase B with mixing until uniform. |
| 2 | To the main vessel add phase C, start mixing until a smooth gel is formed |
| 3 | When both phases are homogeneous, slowly add phase AB to phase C with prop mixing until uniform. |
