Feel Friendly Sunscreen Lotion SPF 40

This Feel Friendly Sunscreen Lotion provides SPF 40 UV protection, free from octinoxate and oxybenzone. HallSens™ DIAS contributes a very light skin feel with a quickly spreadability on skin. Olivem® Essenza, the new O/W natural-derived emulsifier, has the ability to generate liquid crystal structures designed for fluid emulsions and lotions. In vitro analysis suggests SPF ~ 44, PFA (PPD COLIPA 2011) ~15, UVA1/UV = 0.80, and critical wavelength 374 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

1To a secondary vessel add phase A with mixing and heat up to 80°C.
2Add phase B into phase A, and mix well until uniform.
3To the main vessel, add pre-mixture of phase C and add phase D with mixing. Heat up to 80°C.
4When AB and CD phases are homogeneous, slowly add phase AB to phase CD with strongly mixing.
5After combination, mix for 10 minutes, then start cooling with mixing.
6Strat cooling. When < 50°C, add phase E with mixing until uniform.
7Add water lost and mix until uniform.
