PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Prepare Phase A in the main vessel. Disperse Phase C using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). Heat to 60-65°C. |
| 2 | Prepare Phase B in a secondary vessel. Heat to 60-65°C and mix until all solids are dissolved. Add to Phase AC. |
| 3 | Prepare Phase D in a tertiary vessel and heat to 60-65°C with mixing. Add to Phase ABC. |
| 4 | In a quaternary vessel, add the water of Phase E. Heat to 45°C. Add Synastol® TC and mix until all the powder is dissolved. |
| 5 | Cool the main batch to 45°C and add Phase E under homogenization using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). |
| 6 | Finish cooling the batch to room temperature under gentle stirring. |
