PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | In the main vessel, prepare Phase A and disperse Phase B using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). Heat to 80-85C. |
| 2 | In a secondary vessel, prepare Phase C with a magnetic stirrer and heat up to 75-80C. |
| 3 | Add Phase C to Phase AB and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). Mix for 5 minutes. |
| 4 | Start cooling batch until it reaches 40C. Add Phase D and mix under homogenization until uniform. |
| 5 | Cool batch to room temperature under gentle stirring. |
