Green Coffee Butter ensures deep moisturization for up to six hours, with a measured increase of up to 31.8% in skin hydration. It also improves the skin’s barrier function, reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL), and soothes inflammation — making it ideal for sensitive or reactive skin.
For texture, Olivem® 2020 is the emulsifier, giving the product its elegant gel-cream feel. To maintain a lightweight sensorial experience, we used HallSens™ DIAS as a D5 alternative.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | Mix the ingredients of Phase B until fully homogenized and a gel is formed. |
2 | Add Phase A to Phase B and stir using a mechanical agitator until a white gel-cream is formed. |
3 | In a separate beaker, add the ingredients of Phase C and heat until the butter melts, reaching approximately 55°C. |
4 | Add Phase C to the A + B mixture and stir using mechanical agitation at 1000 RPM for about 3 minutes to form the emulsion. |
5 | Add the ingredients of Phase D to the mixture once it has cooled to 45°C. |
