PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To main vessel, add water of Phase A, start mixing, slowly add the other component and heat this water phase to 75°C. |
| 2 | In a separate vessel combine phase B, heat this oil phase to 75°C and then add phase C. |
| 3 | When both phases are homogeneous and at 75°C, slowly add phase BC to phase A with prop mixing. |
| 4 | After 5 minutes, start cooling and add phase D ingredients in order when batch is at 50°C. |
| 5 | When batch is at 30°C, stop cooling, add water to correct for evaporative loss and mix until uniform. |
| 6 | Condition sample for pH and viscosity determinations. |
