PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Prepare Phase A in the main vessel. Disperse Phase B using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). Heat to 75-80°C. |
| 2 | In a secondary vessel, prepare Phase C. Heat to 70-75°C with mixing. |
| 3 | Add Phase C to Phase AB and mix for 5 minutes. Cool to 45°C. |
| 4 | In a tertiary vessel, weigh the water of Phase D and heat to 45°C. Add Synastol® TC and mix until all solids are dissolved. |
| 5 | Add Phase D to Phase ABC under homogenization using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). |
| 6 | Cool batch to room temperature under gentle stirring. |
