In vivo testing at a U.S. laboratory (3 subjects) yielded a static SPF of 66.0. Following the Colipa Guideline (2011), the formulation achieved SPF ~60, PFA (PPD) ~21, and a critical wavelength of 373 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Add Phase A to the main vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing and heat to 90 - 100°C. |
| 2 | Add Phase B to Phase A and mix until uniform, ensuring phase B is totally dissolved. |
| 3 | Start cooling with mixing until 75°C. Stop mixing and pour into containers. |
