Its velvety, non-draggy, lightweight texture and matte finish are delightfully surprising attributes for a ZnO powder. All-natural active ingredient FILL Oléoactif® acts to improve skin cell regeneration and remove roughness. Suncatcher Powder was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~33, PFA (PPD) ~19, UVA1/UV = 0.96, and critical wavelength 388nm.
