Super Spreadable Mineral Spray SPF 50 is a zinc oxide-only, water-in-oil sunscreen spray designed to deliver broad-spectrum UV protection. The oil phase relies exclusively on HallSens™ DIAS, ensuring outstanding dispersibility of the mineral filter. Despite a relatively high ZnO load, the inclusion of HallSens™ DIAS in the formulation enables excellent sprayability, superior skin coverage, and a light, non-greasy skin feel. This unique formulation also makes use of Tayca’s MZ-304OTS Zinc Oxide, renowned for its high transparency, enhanced aesthetics, and superior UVA/UVB shielding.
Stabilized with a single emulsifier—Olivem® 2090—and free from high-melting-point materials, this cold-process system simplifies manufacturing while preserving sensory elegance. In vitro analysis confirms robust performance: SPF ~54, PFA (PPD) 21, UVA1/UV = 0.84, and a critical wavelength of 376 nm, meeting stringent photoprotection benchmarks.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To the main vessel, add phase A with mixing until uniform, then add phase B in. |
| 2 | To a secondary vessel add phase C. |
| 3 | When AB and C phases are homogeneous, very slowly add phase C to phase AB. |
| 4 | After combination, strongly mix or homogenize for 10 minutes. |
