PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | In the main vessel, prepare Phase A. Disperse Phase B into Phase A using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) and heat to 80-85C. |
| 2 | In a secondary vessel, prepare Phase C and heat it up to 75-80C using a magnetic stirrer. |
| 3 | Add Phase C to Phase AB and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). |
| 4 | In a tertiary vessel, prepare Phase D. Heat until all solids are dissolved (65-70C) using a magnetic stirrer. |
| 5 | Add Phase D to Phase ABC and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). |
| 6 | Cool down under gentle stirring. |
