PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | In the main vessel, prepare Phase A and disperse Phase B using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). Heat to 80-85C. |
| 2 | In a secondary vessel, prepare Phase B. Mix with a magnetic stirrer and heat to 75-80C. |
| 3 | Add Phase C to Phase AB and homogenize for 5 minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson). |
| 4 | Cool batch to 40C and add Phase D under homogenization. |
| 5 | Finish cooling batch to room temperature under gentle stirring. |
