PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To a suitable vessel, add Phase A ingredients and mix well. |
| 2 | Mill with a hammer mill twice through a 0.027" (0.7mm) herringbone screen, or until no undispersed color remains. |
| 3 | Combine Phase B ingredients in a separate vessel and when uniform, spray onto solids (Phase A) while agitating. |
| 4 | Pass once more through a 0.027" screen and then press into pans. |
| 5 | Cakes were prepared in 5cm diameter x 1.75cm height packaging using 2500 psi compression. |
