This transparent sunscreen stick formulation is designed to provide label SPF 60 performance. SolaStay® S1 provides avobenzone photostabilization. HallBrite® BHB contributes to enhanced product feel. A combination of SolaStay® S1, HallBrite® BHB, HallTress® DIBA Special, HallStar® TEC, and HallStar® Octyl Isononanoate provides the right polarity to form a transparent stick. BIOME Oléoactif® both reinforces the integrity of the epidermal barrier and preserves the microbiota of healthy skin to prevent cutaneous discomfort and disease. In vitro testing suggests SPF ~61, PFA (PPD) ~20, UVA1/UV = 0.78, and critical wavelength = 375 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | Add phase A to the main vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing and heat to 90 - 100°C. |
| 2 | Add phase B to phase A and mix until uniform and clear to make sure phase B is totally dissolved. |
| 3 | Start cooling with mixing until 70°C. Stop mix and filling into containers. |
