This sunscreen formulation, in a convenient, user-friendly stick form, is designed to provide broad spectrum (SPF/PFA ≤ 3), label SPF 50 performance. SolaStay® S1 provided photostabilization for Avobenzone. HallBrite® BHB contributes to enhanced product feel. In vivo testing in a Korea lab yielded static SPF 55 and PFA 19. This composition was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~54, PFA (PPD) ~17 (PA++++) performance, with critical wavelength 375 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | In the main vessel, combine and mix phase A and add phase B. |
| 2 | Heating to 85°C and add phase C with mixing. |
| 3 | Start cooling and Pour into container at 60 - 65°C. |
