This daily wear ZnO sunscreen cream provides SPF 60 protection without using organic UV filters. PEG-free Olivem® 2090 is the sole emulsifier in its cold-process W/O emulsification. HallStar® C1215 Alkyl Benzoate Natural provides good dispersing action for ZnO powder. The addition of Hallstar Beauty’s SolaPure™ Glo enhances sunscreen efficacy and contributes moisturizing and antioxidant properties. In vitro analysis suggests SPF ~ 62, PFA (PPD COLIPA 2011) ~ 18, UVA1/UV = 0.80, and critical wavelength 372 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
| 1 | To the main vessel, add phase A and heat up to melt SolaPure Glo completely with mixing until uniform, then add phase B and mix until uniform. |
| 2 | To a secondary vessel add phase C. |
| 3 | When AB and C phases are homogeneous, very slowly add phase C to phase AB. |
| 4 | After combination, strongly mix or homogenize for 10 minutes or until uniform. |
