Considering this fact, Hallstar Beauty wanted to bring its expertise by developing an Active Naturals to counteract these effects. Resulting from the patented Oleo-eco-extraction process that respects the environment (i.e. 100% recycled waste), BLISS Oléoactif® combines the benefits of a co-product of linden sapwood with sunflower oil, both coming from responsible, organic, and local (French) sourcing. Drawing inspiration from light therapy and antidepressants, we identified a key enzyme to act on: the Monoamine Oxidase A (MAO-A). By inhibiting MAO-A, we aim to boost serotonin production and thus constrain stress’s negative impact on skin.
